MegaFlorestais 2015 has been held in Madre de Dios and Cusco, Peru on April 13-17, 2015, co-hosted by the National Forest and Wildlife Service of Peru, and in cooperation with the Rights and Resources Initiative, the US Forest Service and the European Forest Institute.

The conference has been the tenth annual meeting of MegaFlorestais (for details on MegaFlorestais, click here). The meeting in Peru  focused on “Combating deforestation and encouraging forestry’s contribution to the green growth: the role of tenure, trade and government policy.” As always, experts from around the world have presented global perspectives on all of these issues.
