Details:
A coalition of legal aid organizations successfully worked on two cases of community members who had been criminalized during the Kendeng protests. Multi-stakeholder coordination meetings were key to the success of these cases. An event attended by hundreds of community members created awareness of PT Semen Indonesia case. The event was closed by the ritual lamporan, to repel pests from agricultural fields (including PT Semen). Other mass mobilizations were organized to increase public awareness of the case.
