In meetings held in Kribi and Edea, Cameroon, local communities met with local government leaders and the Cameroonian Ministry of Flora and Wildlife to provide recommendations on creating industrial concession policies that support customary land concessions. Recommendations included revising zoning plans and implementation strategies. These meetings were organized by the Cameroon Ecology, with support from the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF), the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), the Center for International Forestry Research (CAFT) and the Centre for Economic Development (CED).
