A Meeting on Operational Modalities of the ITTC provided opportunity for discussion of the entry into force of a new ITTO governing treaty" the International Tropical Timber Agreement" 2006" and of related operational issues. Members of civil society representing the ITTO's Civil Society Advisory Group (CSAG) observed the meeting proceedings" hosted a side event on Community Based Forest Management and Enterprises" and presented a final statement.
