MegaFlorestais 2017 was held in Vancouver and Quadra Island, British Columbia, Canada on October 15-20, 2017, co-hosted by the Canadian Forest Service – Natural Resources Canada and the Province of British Columbia.

The conference was the twelfth annual meeting of MegaFlorestais (for details on MegaFlorestais, click here). The meeting in Canada focused on “Communities, Commerce, and Climate Change: Innovations to Sustain the World’s Forests.” As always, experts from around the world presented global perspectives on all of these issues.
