War in the Heart of India: an enquiry into the ground situation in Dantewara District” Chhattisgarh

A six member team of independent citizens from Delhi” Bangalore” Ranchi and Visakhapatnam undertook a 6 day visit to Chhattisgarh between May 17 – 22 2006″ to attempt an objective” in-depth” on the ground assessment of the situation there. The team met a wide cross-section of people from different walks of life” with different perspectives on the conflict.
