Deutsche Welle Radio: Giving Forest Dwellers a Greater Say Over Their Territory

Deforestation is often seen as the price of development. But intact forests still provide essential food and shelter for millions of people around the world. Giving indigenous forest dwellers a greater say in the decisions that affect their homes was the focus of a recent gathering in London dedicated to forest communities.
